Procurement, Tendering and Grant Development
Defence sector procurement programs, models, processes, arrangements and commercial documentation are highly complex and detailed, whether these are directly undertaken by the Commonwealth, or via various tiers of the Defence Industry supply chain.
This complexity is due to the criticality of the capability being acquired, the sensitivities associated with security and supply chain provenance/resilience, and the nature of the need for Defence to achieve value for money and accountability for the effective use of public monies.
