Our Approach

Market engagement and Defence business capture planning must ensure the company’s technical capabilities are matched to the relevant Defence projects and the most relevant buyers at the right time.

DIAS has a proven successful tailorable methodology to develop a Defence Market Strategy, Capture Planning and the provision of Capture support in a number of phases.

 In addition, we are acutely aware that mapping the opportunities for the Capture plan is not a static process!

 

As the Capture strategy and plan are developed, so too will the value proposition be further tailored to the market. Engagements with potential customers will then begin to shape new opportunities or inform the strategy and other investments to be made. 

 

DIAS’ approach to these activities is to partner with the business over a period of between 6 to 12 months while we work together to engage with stakeholders and shape the Capture Plan elements accordingly.
